Save Thousands of Dollars
By Buying Your Work Uniforms From Us!

You can buy quality work uniforms from us for a lot less money than you will pay a rental company.
Follow the example below for a company with 24 employees to see how these savings are realized.
Then plug in your own numbers to see your actual savings, or call us for a free evaluation.

Also, be sure to read the SUMMARY section and the NOTES AND DEFINITIONS section below the example.

When you buy from us:

Let's say that you will buy five shirts and five pairs of pants for each employee.

5 Shirts at $24.00 = $120.00
5 Pants at $21.00 = $105.00
                     -------
Total per employee $225.00

If you had 24 employees the total cost would be 24 X $225.00 or $5,400.00. With normal wear, our uniform products will easily last for two years, maybe three.
When you rent from them:

In a typical rental program, there are 11 sets of uniforms. Five that are delivered, five that are picked up and the one that the employee is wearing.

5 sets per week at $1.25 = $6.25

50 work weeks at $6.25 = $312.50
"Losses & Ruins" (15%) = $46.50
                         -------
Total per employee $359.00
If you had 24 employees the total cost would be 24 X $359.00 or $8,616.00.

The uniform rental company will lock you up into a three year contract. They will also try to include provisions for automatic renewals in their contract language. If you're not careful, you'll be tied up renting for longer than you planned. Over three years, you will spend 3 X $8,616.00 or $25,848.00.

SUMMARY
  • If you buy uniforms from us, and they last for three years,
    you would save $20,448.00 (25,848 - 5,400).
  • If you buy uniforms from us, and even if you replace them every year,
    you would still save $9,648.00 (25,848 - (3 X 5,400)).
  • Laundry service is included in the rental program.
  • Owning your uniforms requires that you do your own laundry.
If your employees can do their own laundry, then you can . . .

NOTES AND DEFINITIONS
Losses & Ruins
  • In the course of a rental program, garments will occasionally get lost. The most common way for a garment to be lost is when an employee resigns or is terminated and they don't return their uniforms. When this happens, the rental company will charge you for the lost garment(s). You will normally be charged at full list price. This is known as a Loss.
  • Also in the course of a rental program, garments will occasionally get ruined. When this happens, the rental company will replace the garment and you will be charged for the new garment. You will normally be charged at full list price. This is known as a Ruin.
  • Charges for Losses & Ruins are typically 15% to 20% of your total billings. In the example above, we used 15% which is probably low. Check your own invoices to find out what you are being charged for "Losses & Ruins".

Notes on Pricing - When you buy from us . . .
In the example above, we used $24.00 as the price for a uniform shirt. This is typical for a good quality shirt with a company logo embroidered in one location. The shirt you choose could cost more or less. The pants are priced at $21.00 which is for a high quality, relaxed fit, 65% Polyester/35% Cotton blend, work pant.

Notes on Pricing - When you rent from them . . .
In the example above, we used $1.25 as the unit price per change. You would probably only get a price this low if you were part of a large buying group or a big company. Smaller and Medium sized companies might pay $1.60 to $1.85 per change. That just means that the savings you would realize by owning your uniforms would even be greater than what we have shown in the example.
