Year End Outing

First Tee Time is at 9:45 AM
Greens Fee: $63.00 (includes cart).
Dinner will be served in the pavilion after golf (approx 2:45 PM).
(NOTE: There is a driving range at the course.)
Sign up is required to participate. Sign up sheet will be available at Hilliard Lakes starting Monday, August 10th.

Remember, you will be responsible to pay the greens fee when you arrive at the course. The membership dues only cover the cost of prizes and the caterer.
The 1st and 2nd half Knockdown champion will meet in the year end outing championship to determine who will be crowned the league champ. Each flight will crown one league champ.
At the year end outing, if the championship match ends in a tie, and if the course allows:
- The two opponents will go back on the course and the first person to win the next hole will be crowned the league champ for their flight.
- If the course does not allow us to replay a hole, the highest point total accumulated during regular season (1st & 2nd half points combined) play will be the tiebreaker.
You MUST let us know if you are coming. A sign up sheet will be available at least 2 weeks in advance of the year end outing. A great deal of planning goes into this event including commitments of group size to the course and caterer. You are required to sign the sheet to be guaranteed a meal and a spot with a foursome
Special Note, we have to provide the course with a commitment on group size several days in advance of play. If you sign up and later dropout, please let us know. Otherwise, you may be responsible to pay the greens fee.
For the year end outing, if you or someone you know would be willing to donate prizes or sponsor a hole in return for primetime advertising to a 64 member golf league, please contact one of the officers.
- Donated prizes may be in the form of gift certificates, shirts, jackets, golf equipment, etc . .
- Hole Sponsorship - $25 per hole.
